Quick Response Prevents Major Incident at Mumbai Airport: Minor Fire Contained

Mumbai: On Thursday evening, a fire erupted at Terminal 1 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Fortunately, it was quickly contained, according to airport officials.
Operations at the airport were not disrupted, and there were no reported injuries.
The fire, attributed to a short circuit, was detected at 6:10 PM and was extinguished by emergency response teams within minutes, as stated by a spokesperson for CSMIA.
The spokesperson characterized the incident as a 'minor' fire.
