1. Iodine rich food

3. Yogurt (good source of probiotic)
Curd is not only a good source of iodine, but the probiotics present in it also strengthen the digestive system. It is also beneficial for health.
What should we eat: Low fat plain yogurt. Thyroid patients often have digestive problems. Curd helps improve these and helps the body absorb nutrients better.
4. Fresh fruits and Vitamin C
Fruits are rich in antioxidants, which help reduce inflammation in the body. This reduces thyroid problems.
What should we eat: Apple, guava, kiwi, orange. These fruits strengthen immunity and are helpful in improving thyroid function.
