Israel News: in india israel US Ambassador Reuven Azar has raised questions on Pakistan’s role as mediator in the US-Iran ceasefire talks. He said that Israel does not consider Pakistan a “reliable player”. In an interview with ANI, Azar said, “We do not consider Pakistan a trustworthy party.” However, he also added that America may have its own reasons, due to which it is taking Pakistan’s help.

Azar said the US has previously worked with countries such as Qatar and Turkey, which he described as “problem states”. He said it is important for Israel to maintain coordination with the US, especially regarding the outcome it wants.

Will US Vice President visit Pakistan?

Amidst these statements, there is news that US Vice President JD Vance is going to visit Pakistan, where he will lead a delegation. This visit is taking place with the aim of negotiating a long-term agreement after the two-week ceasefire between America and Iran.

What does Israel want?

Speaking on the ceasefire, Azar said that Israel hopes that through talks, two major threats will be eliminated – Iran’s nuclear program and its ballistic missile capability. He also said that Israel has tried to weaken the Iranian regime and give its people the opportunity to pursue a better future.

Azar said that now that the military action has subsided, Israel is moving towards diplomacy, but will not shy away from taking military action again if necessary.

What did the Prime Minister of Israel say?

On the other hand, Iran has warned that Israel’s attacks on Lebanon could jeopardize the ceasefire and could again increase tensions in the Strait of Hormuz. However, both US President Donald Trump and Netanyahu have made it clear that Lebanon is not included in this ceasefire.

Iran closed the Strait of Hormuz?

On Wednesday, Israel launched heavy attacks on Lebanon, in which hundreds of people are reported killed. After this, Iran has warned of retaliatory action. According to reports, Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, US Vice President JD Vance said that this situation is not unexpected. He said, “Iran thought that Lebanon was also included in the ceasefire, whereas it was not so.” He also said that some tension remains in any ceasefire. Iran’s nuclear program remains the biggest issue in this entire matter. Trump has claimed that Iran has agreed to stop uranium enrichment and hand over its reserves. He said that America will work with Iran to take out the nuclear remains buried in the ground.

However, Speaker of Iran’s Parliament Mohammad Baqer Kalibaf said that Israel has already violated the ceasefire by attacking Hezbollah. He also accused America of breaking the terms of the agreement by demanding Iran to abandon its nuclear program.
