At the same time, people reduce the consumption of tea because they believe that drinking tea can warm the body. However, tea in India is a drink which has no season. This is because there is less sweating here. Many states of India experience dry and humid summers. People who drink tea should keep these things in mind

1. Correct temperature- Do not drink tea that is too boiling or very hot. This can cause damage to the throat and esophagus. Drink the tea after it cools down a bit.

2. Tannin and caffeine- If tea leaves are cooked for too long, the amount of tannin in it increases. Some people may have acidity problems due to excess caffeine and tannins.

3. Quality- Always use good quality tea leaves. Loose tea leaves are better than tea bags, because tea bags may contain microplastics.

Why is it not good to drink cold drinks?

However, cold drinks can cool the body. But this is such a drink which suddenly drops the temperature of our body, due to which the body also gets a shock. Cold drinks do not provide long term coolness.
