Sweet-Sour Kadhi: No tamarind, no tomato, make sweet-sour kadhi of raw mango in summer

Sweet and Sour Kadhi: In the hot summer sun, one feels like eating light and cooling food. In such a situation, sweet and sour kadhi of raw mango is a perfect option. It is not only delicious in taste, but also cools the stomach and enhances the enjoyment of food.

Material:

Ripe raw mango pulp – 1 cup

Gram flour – 2 tbsp

Oil – 2 tbsp

Cumin – 1 tsp

Mustard – ½ tsp

Curry leaves – 6-7 leaves

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Peanuts (ground) – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 3-4 cloves (crushed)

Turmeric – ½ tsp

Red chilli – 1 tsp

salt to taste

Sugar or jaggery – 1-2 tbsp

Water – as per need

Method of preparation:

Add gram flour to raw mango pulp and mix well.

Heat oil in pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds in it. When it starts crackling, add red chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves and fry lightly.

Now add garlic and ground peanuts and fry for a few seconds.

Add turmeric and immediately add raw mango pulp and mix well.

Add water as required and add salt and sugar/jaggery.

Let the curry come to a boil. After boiling, your sweet and sour kadhi is ready.
