Service Camp: Kia’s summer service camp starts, discount offers and free checkup will be available

Kia Service Camp: Kia India has announced Summer Service Camp for its customers across the country. This camp will be organized in different phases from April 6 to May 12 and will be available at 497 service centers in the country. Its objective is to completely prepare the customers’ vehicles for the summer season, so that the driving experience remains safe and comfortable.

The event will be organized in a phased manner
The company is organizing this service camp in three phases. The first phase has started in North, West and East India between 6 to 12 April. In the second phase, camps will be organized in the eastern areas from 24 to 30 April. In the third and final phase, customers of South India will get this facility from 6th to 12th May.

Free checkup and special offers
During this service camp, customers are being given the facility of 20-point free vehicle checkup, which also includes checking of AC system. This will ensure that the vehicle can provide better cooling in extreme heat. Apart from this, the company is offering up to 20% discount on AC treatment and summer car care packages. Apart from this, at least 5% discount on select accessories and 10% discount is also being given on purchasing roadside assistance plan.

Additional facilities for customers
All vehicles coming to the camp will get the facility of free top wash. Along with this, a special campaign will be run to ensure better service quality in the workshop. Customers will also benefit from the Kia Certified Pre-Owned Valuation and Referral Program, enabling them to know the true value of their old vehicle and explore upgrade options.

How to book
Customers can book an appointment for service through the MyKia app, online portal, toll-free number or at the nearest dealership. With 862 touchpoints across 390 cities, Kia India is moving towards providing better customer service through this initiative.
