Actually, some American women staying in a five-star hotel in Delhi-Gurugram were sunbathing, while a person present in the hotel was secretly making a video of them. This video was of Marriott Gurugram Downtown 5 star hotel.
The video went viral within no time and people started giving different reactions to this video. One user said that they should complain to the hotel while one objected to the American girls that instead of making a video and getting views, you should have complained to the hotel.
The user wrote - Okay... maybe he is capturing the view of the hotel room... maybe he is on a video call while standing near the window... or maybe he is just casually scrolling something on his phone but from the other side it seems like he is recording them. Keep calm friends... don't blame anyone without knowing the whole truth. Many such comments have come in this video.
Let us tell you that in India, making a video without anyone's consent in a public place is not illegal, but making such a video of someone in a private space or restricted area can be punished legally, which can be both fine and jail.
