Popular music reality show, Star Singer , is winning hearts with the stunning performances of the contestants. As the competition is getting tougher, each performance is becoming nothing short of a treat for music lovers. In the recent episode, contestants Vaishakan and Surya Narayanan set the stage on fire with their power-packed performance on the dance number ' Rang De Basanti .'

In the Do or Die round, the singer entered the stage dressed up in Punjabi attire, adding vibe to the stage. Undoubtedly, the duo nailed the song with their power. From the audience to the judges, everyone was seen rising from their seats and tapping their feet to the dance number. One of the best moments of the episode was judge and singer KS Chithra joining the vibe by wearing sunglasses during the performance.

Soon after the performance, Chithra pressed the buzzer and declared the performance to be a golden star one.

"You guys just nailed it. I enjoyed it well," said KS Chithra during the comments.

"From start to end, you guys just kept the energy intact. Indeed, a power-packed performance," said judge Vidhu Prathap.

Guest and singer KS Harishankar also said that this was one of the power-packed performances he had ever witnessed in the show.

Both Vaishakan and Surya Narayanan are two of the much-loved contestants of Star Singer. In the last performance in the Do or Die round, the duo ended up in a tie. They have sung the popular Malayalam semi-classical song 'Aashadam Padumbol.'

Star Singer currently has 10 contestants competing for the 50 lakh grand prize. The show has singers KS Chithra, Vidhu Prathap, and Sithara Krishnakumar as the judges.
