Materials:

• Peanuts
• jaggery
• White mole
• Kiss of wet coconut
• ghee
• Cardamom powder
• Nutmeg powder

Action:

• To make peanut coconut vaadi, heat ghee in a pan. After that, roast the chopped dry fruits in it and take it out.
• Then add ghee and grated jaggery to it and melt it completely. After the jaggery is completely melted, add the grated wet coconut and mix well.
• Peel the roasted peanuts and grind them finely in a mixer bowl. Then add it to the prepared coconut mixture and mix well.
• Then add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix well. Turn off the flame after mixing the coconut mixture completely.
• Apply ghee on the banana leaves and spread the prepared coconut mixture evenly on top and gently press it with white sesame seeds and dry fruits.
• Cut the loaves into the desired shape with the help of a knife.
