Police have caught the accused along with their car from Roop Nagar area of ​​Delhi. The accused driving the car has been identified as Sarabjit. The recovered car is registered in the name of Sarabjit only. Apart from Delhi Police Local Unit, Special Cell, other central agencies are also interrogating the accused.

After the incident in Delhi Assembly, Home Minister Amit Shah has spoken to Speaker Vijendra Gupta on phone. At present the Speaker is not using the vehicle which was opened by the accused. The Speaker left Delhi Assembly in another vehicle. Speaker Vijendra Gupta said that after the incident, Delhi Police Commissioner had come to investigate. At that time he was also in the assembly. Police are investigating the incident.

AAP raised questions on security arrangements

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Sanjeev Jha has raised questions on the security arrangements regarding this incident in Delhi Assembly. He wrote on his social media handle X, ‘A big question again on Delhi’s security system. It is a serious mistake to enter a high-security place like the assembly by breaking the car gate. On one side, the elected opposition MLAs are stopped at the gate, and on the other side, a vehicle directly reaches inside!
