• To start out, you have to be deep into the Hernand regional quests. Proceeding ahead, you’ll need to finish the storylines for House Roberts and House Alfonso, and get most of the way through House Serkis. The other mini quests in the way also become important to be completed.
• Once those are cleared, look out for a quest called Silence From Afar from House Celeste. This will eventually start off the legendary hunt for you.
