I am not associated with the Malamaal Weekly 2 project in any way.” He further said that he wants to end the confusion being spread due to these unconfirmed and rumor-filled information. If reports are to be believed, a source revealed that there was a formal meeting between Amit Sharma and Paresh Rawal recently, but nothing was finalized regarding the script or direction of any film. Based on this common meeting, fake news about his direction was made viral on the internet.
Paresh Rawal has already approved the sequel
Even though there is still suspense over the name of the director, there is good news for the fans of Baburao i.e. Paresh Rawal. It is noteworthy that some time ago Paresh Rawal himself had confirmed in an interview that work on ‘Malamaal Weekly 2’ is going on at a fast pace. He had happily told, “Yes, it is absolutely true that I am doing this film.” Since his powerful statement, speculations are going on about the rest of the star cast and the director’s chair of the film.
