digital desk- The stir in Delhi politics has once again intensified. Internal differences within the Aam Aadmi Party have now started coming out openly. Political rhetoric regarding senior party leader Raghav Chadha has intensified. Former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Atishi has raised many serious questions while directly attacking Raghav Chadha in an interview. Atishi alleged that Raghav Chadha is now avoiding speaking against BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Raising the question, he said, “Why is Raghav ji so afraid of BJP? Why does curd freeze in his mouth as soon as Modi ji’s name comes?” He also said that when the entire opposition walks out of Parliament on the issue of democracy, Raghav Chadha does not join it, which raises many questions.

When the opposition unites, Raghav Chadha retreats – Atishi

Atishi further alleged that democracy is under attack in the country and the opposition is raising its voice against it, but Raghav Chadha is not seen active in this fight. Referring to the elections in West Bengal, he said that the elections are being influenced using the Election Commission, but when the opposition unites on this issue, then Raghav Chadha retreats. He also cornered Raghav Chadha on the issue of rising prices of LPG cylinders and black marketing. Atishi said that when the party is raising this issue prominently, Raghav Chadha remains silent, which raises questions on his intentions. On the question of Raghav Chadha maintaining distance from the party for a long time, Atishi said that initially he was given the “benefit of doubt”.

Raghav is not able to speak openly against BJP- Atishi

He further said, “We thought he was away for personal reasons, but now it has become clear that he is not speaking openly against the BJP.” He also claimed that today BJP leaders are speaking in support of Raghav Chadha, which makes the situation more clear. Meanwhile, the question is also arising whether Raghav Chaddha can join BJP? On this, Atishi avoided giving a direct answer and said, “It will be their personal decision, whether we will stop them or not, it also depends on their wish.” He bluntly said that today the fight in the country is to save democracy and the Constitution. “One who is not against BJP is not with the Constitution,” Atishi said in a major political attack on Raghav Chadha. It is noteworthy that Raghav Chadha has been away from party activities in recent times and some of his statements have made the AAP leadership uncomfortable. Now after this sharp statement of Atishi, it has become clear that differences within the party are deepening.
