Madhya Pradesh’s online lottery for free private school admissions under the RTE Act will begin Thursday at 2 PM. Around 22,000 schools offer 1,22,551 seats, with 1,78,714 applicants. Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): An online lottery for free admissions in private schools is going to start in Madhya Pradesh on Thursday at 2 pm, under the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
This year, around 22k private schools in the state are offering 1,22,551 seats for RTE admissions. A total of 1,78,714 children have applied for these seats.
The entire lottery process will be live-streamed on the State Education Center’s YouTube channel.
