New Delhi: Commercial LPG prices were hiked by Rs 195.50 on Wednesday amid a surge in worldwide oil prices due to escalating conflict in West Asia.
According to government oil companies, the price of 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder in Delhi has now become Rs 2,078.50. Earlier on March 1, the price of 19 kg cylinder was increased by Rs 114.5. There has been no change in the rates of domestic gas LPG. The price of 14.2 kg domestic cylinder in Delhi is Rs 913.

Earlier, on March 7, the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder was increased by Rs 60. State-owned Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum review ATF and LPG prices on the 1st of every month based on international standards and exchange rates. Global oil prices have surged nearly 50 percent after the war in West Asia disrupted energy supply chains.
