In the first steps following the incident, the Mumbai police heightened security at the actor's residence. As per reports, the authorities are tracing the sender of the messages to find their origins.

Ranveer Singh is currently basking in the success of his latest outing, Dhurandhar (2025). Directed by Aditya Dhar, a sequel to the movie is currently in the works and is scheduled to hit the big screens on March 19.
