What are the eligibility criteria for BOB recruitment?
For the Assistant Vice President, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager positions, a graduate degree is required. Candidates with a full-time MBA or PGDM in Marketing and Finance will be given preference. Along with the degree, the candidate should also have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, depending on the position.

For Senior Manager (Credit Analyst, MSME Relationship) and Manager (Credit Analyst) positions, a graduate degree is required. Candidates with MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA/CMA will be given preference. 2 to 8 years of experience is also required for these positions.
