There is good news for the youth looking for a government job. LIC has issued a recruitment for the vacant posts of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) and Assistant Engineer (AE). Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for these posts can apply online to join the recruitment. The application form can be filled out by visiting the official website of LIClicindia.in. Keep in mind that the last date to fill out the application form is 8 September and the last date to take out the form printout is 23 September 2025.

Eligibility and Criteria

To apply for AAO Generalist / Actuarial posts, the candidate must have graduated. Apart from this, for some posts, the candidate should have 5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree/a bachelor's degree with CA, a Bachelor's Degree in CS, etc. Along with this, to apply for AAO (Legal) posts, the candidate must have passed LLB, and for Assistant Engineer posts, the candidate must have passed BE / B.Tech in the relevant field.

Pay the prescribed fee category-wise.

Finally, submit the form, take a printout of it, and keep it safe.

Application fee
In this recruitment, along with the application, the General, OBC, and EWS categories will have to deposit Rs 700 as a fee. The fee for the SC, ST, and PS categories is Rs 85. Keep in mind that GST fee will have to be deposited separately along with the fee.
