Andhra pradesh sbi robbery: In Andhra Pradesh, at around 2 pm on Saturday, unidentified thieves broke into the bank and stole 10 kg of gold and Rs 38 lakh cash. The special thing is that no security guards were stationed in the bank at the time of theft, and no watchman was kept in this branch for the last four years.

VV Mahesh of Hindupur Deputy Deputy Police Officer (SDPO) said that preliminary investigation revealed that the thieves stayed in the bank premises for about two hours. The thieves first targeted the bank’s CCTV surveillance system and deleted the footage.

However, the police have received some CCTV footage, in which a person has been seen entering the bank. After this, the rest of the thieves probably came in. The police suspect that the theft has been done with a planned and deep preparation. The bank’s security system has been found to be extremely weak. According to the officer Mahesh, the bank has a large window, which has only two-three thin grills which can also be folded with hands. The thieves are expected to enter inside using this window. The negligence of the bank management has also been revealed about the safety of this branch, because no night guards have been deployed here for four years.
