Nowadays people are using UPI apps like Gpay, PhonePe, and Paytm a lot to make payments. This is the reason why the UPI system has crashed many times in the past. That is, with the increase in users, the pressure on the UPI infrastructure is increasing.
Now to improve UPI payments, NPCI is going to make many changes from July 31. Let us know... Now you will not be able to check the balance more than 50 times a day. At the same time, you will be able to see the account list only up to 25 times.
Apart from this, 1 try + 3 re-tries will be allowed in every autopay, that too in non-peak hours. Banks and app companies will have to implement the changes by July 31. NPCI has asked all banks, payment apps, and merchant networks to implement these changes by July 31, 2025.
